This 1927 two-story Colonial Revival residence has a one story wing to the left. The house was constructed in 1927 for Leland and Mildred Geer; at that time Mr. Geer was a salesman for the Trum Motor Car Company in Salem. The house was sold to Rollin and Alice Page in 1928. Mr. Page was an attorney in the firm of Page and Page. Mrs. Page continued to live here after Mr. Page's death in the late 1940s and the house stayed in Page ownership into the 1950s.
