This lot was purchased by Jason Shenafield, a carpenter in 1904, and he is listed as living at this address in 1905. In 1909 Ludwig Gehlher purchased the property and lived there for about six years. Later owners in 1913 were Eugene and Martha Whiteside. In 1917 Margaret Edwards, widow of William H. Edwards bought the property and lived there for ten years. A later resident was Aaron Wells.
